Jessica Williams, the youngest The Daily Show correspondent in the program’s history, is now the youngest to leave. Entertainment Weekly reports that Thursday’s Daily Show will be her final episode. Williams will transition to a currently untitled scripted Comedy Central show that she will write for and star.

Williams was not only the youngest correspondent in The Daily Show’s history, she was also the first black female. Much of her work for The Daily Show (and her popular podcast, 2 Dope Queens), comments social issues regarding women, people of color, and LGBT+ communities with incisive wit, charm, and goofiness. Who can forget her skipping through a construction yard during her catcalling investigation?

She’s a big part of what has made The Daily Show good the last few years, and she’ll be missed.
